About Us
Journey of Love was written because the Lord spoke very clearly to my heart, urging me to tell my story. He shared His love for those needing to be comforted, encouraged, and healed of childhood pain. He showed me from Isaiah 45:19 that He publicly proclaims bold promises, that He is faithful to complete what He starts, and that He speaks only truth and righteousness. He spoke from Isaiah 41:18 that He brings streams of life where there once was only desert.
Journey of Love is the story of my healing journey and an acknowledgement that if God can bring wholeness to my life, He can also do so for others. He longs to bring hope to each who needs His salvation and healing!
Journey of Love allows you to see into the process of prayer ministry and serves as a beautiful example of contemplative, conversational, and listening prayer.
About the author...
Penny and her husband Denny live in Eastern Washington. They have three precious children and four delightful grandchildren. God has replaced the ashes and sorrow of Penny's childhood with beauty, peace, and a passion to bring hope and courage to the broken-hearted through prayer ministry and teaching.
About the co-author and prayer minister...
Vicki lives in the mountains of Northern Idaho. She has three sons and six adventurous grandchildren. In answer to God's calling, she established Heart Transformation Ministries to minister to the broken-hearted through prayer and art.

About the illustrator...
Gerri lives in the Silver Valley of Northern Idaho. She has two daughters and is very proud of each of her eight grandchildren. Her forty-five drawings in Journey of Love powerfully connect the reader with Penny's healing journey. Gerri's life-long dream of doing artwork full-time is being lived out as she ministers together with Vicki as co-founder of Heart Transformation Ministries.

He Knows My Name is a book about you. It is an invitation to discover the deepest parts of your heart and to experience God's love for you. The sketches were created during prayer ministry sessions as a means to facilitate the release of forgotten emotions and to fill those places with God's truth.
